Confirmed Service Customer
My previous visit was so bad (3 hour wait with no explanation) that I would have never gone back if not for my previous good experiences. The day before this visit I had an emergency and needed advice on how to handle it. The staff member who answered the phone transferred my call to the Service manager. He did not answer the phone so I left a message to please call me back and told him my emergency. He did not call back! I decided to only work with the service advisor that is always wonderful, Matt Mastrogiacomo. As far as I am concerned, he needs to my the Manager. I will no loner dear with anyone else there! The rest desperately need customer service training!!!!
