Confirmed Service Customer
My experience was lackluster. I had an oil change and tires rotated. Service slip said tire pressure was checked/adjusted, it was not. All 4 tires were at the same pressure I dropped it off with (29, 30, 34, 35,) and I had to fill the tires at another facility after I left. Left me with the feeling that perhaps the level of detail for the remaining service was also neglected. Multi-point inspection was supposedly performed, but based on my experience I suspect a box was checked since the department told me they were behind schedule. It's also WAY to hard to make a service appointment at Durand Chevy. I tried calling, left multiple messages, finally got someone after trying intermittently for two weeks. It's 2024... online service scheduling seems like something every dealer should have at this point.
