Another good experience with Durand. I came in for routine maintenance. The staff was professional and friendly, and even allowed me to use an empty office to get some work done while I waited. Much appreciated. When the work was done, I noticed a handprint in paint or putty (??) on my driver door, and the manager had someone come clean it up right away. I would like to mention that a day after my last tire rotation, I noticed a missing lug nut which I had to replace. I have also noticed a few door edge paint chips after service. It seems the management is very customer oriented and helpful, but the back shop crew may be working a little too fast and making careless mistakes. Overall I am happy with this dealership and will continue to use them for service.
