Brought in my 2013 Traverse for routine service and to have it thoroughly checked over for an upcoming long driving trip. I had a few concerns about some noises from the front wheel and expressed those to Matt, the service manager. The vehicle needed new brakes / rotors. The team also found a leaking power steering hydraulic hose which would have had a devasting effect if it failed while travelling at highway speeds. I as happy with the level of inspection they did, the problems uncovered, and the repairs made and I'm confident in driving the car this summer. I always appreciate the professionalism of Durand's Service Department and the quality of their work.
